Riding is by approval and scheduled session only. No drop-ins, no gate access, no unapproved guests.

Policies every approved rider, guest and crew member agrees to before riding or attending at McNeil Farm.

Waivers and eligibility
A signed waiver is required before any participation. Riders under 18 require a parent or legal guardian signature and on-site guardian presence.
Safety equipment
Helmet, goggles, boots, gloves and appropriate protective gear are required at all times while riding. Neck brace and chest protection are strongly recommended.
Zone approval
Features and zones are unlocked individually based on demonstrated ability. Riding an unapproved feature ends the session.
Conduct
No alcohol or impairing substances on site. Respect staff direction, other riders, the equipment and the terrain. Reckless behaviour ends membership.
Media consent
Filming and photography happen regularly on site. Participation may include appearing in McNeil Farm content unless otherwise agreed in writing.
